The entire house reaks of cigarette smell, I'm sure there has been heavy smoking going on in the past, it still persists and it's really desgusting.

Modern building and apartment with comfortable beds. It is in a silent neighborhood and easily reachable from the airport.

Our plane was delayed so we reached the apartment round 1.30am in the morning. We could not get into the building as the code provided to us didn't open the main door of the building (I tried the same code the second day in the morning and it worked, so my assumption is that the door was closed with the key for the night, which we knew nothing about it). So we were left outside in the middle of the night: me, my mom and my child with no option to get inside the building. I messaged and called the owner but he didn't pick up the phone ( I understand it was in the middle of the night, and we were supposed to arrive round 10pm, but even so, the owner should have calculated all the options to make sure that his customers are safe and inside the flat). Finally we could get in through the parking space of the adjoining building as some teenagers were getting out (lucky us)! . It was a scary situation which in the end I had to resolve it . The second day the owner didn't call to ask about our situation, he didn't care we were left outside, actually he even told me it is my mistake as I didn't "know" how to open the door. Very poor management of the customer, rude and careless. We travel a lot in different countries and stayed in several flats as this one but it has never happened to be left on our own like this when issues arise. I would not recommend this flat exactly because of this reason. The owner may come with his own arguments to save the situation, but it is nothing to be said more: he was not reachable when we were in trouble. End of story. No apologies, no discount, nothing from his side was heard. Another thing, there is mold on the walls in the bedroom.

The property is very nice and beautiful, well furnished and very spacious.

They must improve the cleaning, we found old packaging and dust bunnies under the bed, very easy to be seen.
