"Not what we expected and did not match the photos and description. We cut our losses and changed hotels for our 2nd nigh"

The bed was comfortable and the staff friendly.

No hot water, the bathroom was in a terrible state. Leaking and not working tap in the sink, no basin plug. Towel rail broken, all reported to the venue. Breakfast was below par for international guests.
