The place is absolutely beautiful, thier furniture, rooms being neat and their customer service is excellent.

Sehr sauberes Haus. Zuvorkommende Gastgeber und Staff. Personal zauberte im Nu aus zwei Einzelbetten ein Doppelbett. Kleine Küche kann benützt werden. Gastgeberin hat uns aber sogar ihre Küche zur Benutzung angeboten. Ruhige Lage, super Terasse im ersten Stock. Wir können es für die Gegend um Vredental weiterempfehlen.

The team complained about the uncomfortable beds, they came back with complaints of sore bodies. The noise level of the downstairs household was also a big concern. Breakfast was not served at the accommodation but from another venue which was never communicated before hand. No hot water in the one room, noisy fan in another room, tea bags not in closed containers. The general feedback from the team was just extreme disappointment and we had 2 groups over 2 days with the same feedback.
