Sleepy Rock

Absolutely everything about this house was perfect, we were a group of 6 and all beds were so comfortable. House is fully equipped with everything you need & is really a home away from home. Hosts were a pleasure to deal with. The house is ideally located only a 5min drive/25min walk from Dungarvan centre & hosts had very helpful information booklets & a folder with places to see, taxis, takeaways etc. we were blessed with the weather so we got to avail of the lovely picnic table out the back. 10/10 highly recommend, we will definitely be back !!

Bright and spacious and spotless, all utilities available and in working order. Ideally located near but not too near the town, parking on site, responsiveness of host. My whole group were delighted with it, they felt spoilt.

Clean property, good-sized bedrooms, cosy lounge.

Radiators didn't work in two of the bedrooms and heating timer system didn't work, so had to leave the heating on for long periods to get the two cold rooms a bit warmer, resulting in the rooms with the radiators in becoming very hot.

Spacious place in a good location/neighborhood. . Aofie was a great hostess. The kitchen area is fantastic for socializing. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Home away from home. Such a beautiful house, well equipped for all needs from adults to our 5 month old baby. The beds were so comfy 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Aoife was a fantastic host, meeting us on arrival with homemade apple tart. She had plenty of recommendations for things to do during our stay in Dungarvan. The accommodation was spotless and very comfortable. Would definitely book again the next time we are in Dungarvan!

The house was beautiful just what we needed. We were a family ranging from 80 to 60. 6 of us and the house was perfect. Realy comfortable beds.
