Lovely house in a convenient location. Super friendly and helpful staff. The pool was great.

We loved the pool. It was large and beautiful. The rooms were big and comfortable. We liked the style of the villa and the rooms. The common area/ kitchen is outside in the open, but luckily there weren't too many mosquitos. As the common areas are completely open you can't leave anything edible out, as there are insects and cats and so on. We just kept our food, that didn't need refridgerating, in the room. The property was cleaned as needed and the staff was very accommodating. The villa was at walkable distance from a supermarket and some restaurants.

There were only 3 pool chairs or loungers for the whole hotel. The villa is only private as long as there are no guests in the other side, that shares the pool. The walls are thin, so roosters, dogs barking, neighbours' music blastingin the morning - you can hear it all, but we got used to it.

Very spacious, modern, beautiful villas. Love the style and decor. Heaps of room for our family of five - it is like having three hotel rooms (our 16 year old had his room with bathroom and king size bed so loved it!). Lovely garden/pool outlook.

The location is out of town - tuk tuk ride is needed to go anywhere and drivers sometimes had trouble finding it. Safe area though and walking distance to local restaurants. There could be more bowls etc in the kitchen to use as no breakfast is provided. It would be nice to have tea and coffee packets supplied. Note that the rooms are in one building but not directly connected - not an issue for our family and perfect for adults/couples travelling together but could be tricky with smaller children.

Very great staff, there were some minor issues with the kitchen equipment that were missing, but everything was resolved quickly, Thanks

bit of a noisy location …. there is a knocking shop opposite. kitchen could have more knives/bowls/cutlery. we would have liked more (and fluffier) towels
