The stuff is great. Very friendly and super helpful. Whatever we asked them they were always able to help and always with a smile. Comfortable bad. At night it was not cold at all. I appreciated the decoration of the room and the entire structure. Breakfast was good (except coffee but in all Peruvian hotels I had the same problem) specifically the guacamole! They have heaters for rent in case you are cold. Fast laundry service. They have mini shop in case you have forgotten to buy water, snacks, souvenirs.

The place was a bit hard to find (there were no signs with the hotel name). The bathroom was a bit of an issue—not very inviting for a shower, and the hot water pressure was quite poor. The neighborhood is very busy, with lots of traffic and air pollution, so if you suffer from any respiratory conditions, this area might not be ideal. However, for those who love an authentic and local atmosphere, it’s great! Oh it’s very close to the train station which is also plus! In both the room and the bathroom, I missed having some hooks. Kitchen in common wasn’t very clean.

Great location. About 7 min walk to the Plaza De Armas. It did get cold at night but the blankets provided kept us warm. All the tour companies were able to pick us up. Laudry service was provided at a cost but nice to be able to have our clothes washed.

The shower was a dice roll. Sometimes it was hot and wonderful and sometimes it was barely warm. We had an instant water heater above the shower and made sure it was on but still had issues.

Miguel Ángel was very attentive and helpful, helping us with few issues that occur in the room. Location was very good and the room was quiet.

A big window on the selling that was allowing light to come in. We couldn't sleep more if we wanted. Not much ventilation in the room. Very uncomfortable pillows and bed sheets

The bathroom was very dark, and also stinky. Seems like there are problems with the sink of the toilet or shower.

Gostei muito do atendimento do funcionário Miguel, na recepção. A localização também é excelente.

O chuveiro do banheiro é muito ruim. É só uma ducha. Tinha uma goteira no quarto também.

We got really lucky and our external bathroom wasn’t shared so we essentially had our own little unit. Breakfast was basic but included a piece of an omelette. The room was super cute and Fernando was incredibly helpful. We were also allowed to leave our belongings before check in and after check out which was super helpful. This is also located in the very center of the historic district which was super convenient.

Some of the finishings in the bathroom were broken eg towel hanger but this didn’t affect our stay at all
