Very friendly and helpful staff. Great laundry service. You can buy water and some small snacks and drinks. Nice breakfast, if they would include eggs the breakfast would be perfect. There is a kitchen to cook. Nice beds. We stayed for 5 nights and another time 5 nights. Hot shower.

It can be a bit cold in the building. Especially during breakfast. Maybe they could put a cozy light in the room. It’s 10-15 minutes walking to the center.

The breakfast is fabulous, and the staff is always present and ready to help.

La ubicación. Aunque es una calle muy comercial, el hotel está en el interior y el ruido no se siente. Está cerca, tanto a plaza de armas como a lugares donde puedes tomar transporte a otro lugares.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und schön angerichtet. Das Personal war stets zuvorkommmend und hilfsbereit.

The location was quiet, And the room was clean, and as shown on the pictures. Very close to city center but just out enough to not be totally clustered with just tourist. The staff was really friendly and helpful.

The curtains could be a bit darker. I was on the top floor facing the terrace, so a lot of light in the morning. The staff was very helpfull and gave me a couple extra to add as an extra layer over the existing curtains.
