location not far from the beach, very helpful and friendly host. Nice terrace and additional space for dining room/spending the time

General cleanliness in the room/bathroom was not too bad, but the kitchen was in a really bad state with gaps at the windows, falling paint, etc I only stayed one night and did not use the kitchen, but for a longer stay it did not look good.
