Only one bathroom

I loved the privacy, it was quiet and the owner plus workers are very hekpful and friendly.

The strain when parking the car

Excellent location near jacaranda beach and river. Beautiful villa with swimming pool and a few tribes of comical monkeys visiting every afternoon.

There is need of small improvement inside: replace the fans in the living room and provide some mosquito protection as they are in throes. Also electricity a bit sketchy at night, not by the fault of owners, but can be inconvenient.

Serene and quite environment

L extérieur est très agréable: belle piscine, jardin, terrasse. Proche de la plage.

La cuisine est minuscule et peu pratique. Il n y a pas de générateur, en cas de coupure d électricité (assez fréquente,) c est très gênant. Il fait très chaud à l étage (pas de climatisation), c'est compliqué d y dormir.

The proximity to the beach as well as the pool and the loft situation in the house

There was only one bathroom and the lighting in the house was not that good.

Nice and quiet property.

Pool was half empty - not communicated before the stay. No water in bathroom sink.
