"Cozy and is in a convenient location."

Extremely hygienic and well maintained place. Very satisfactory and peaceful stay with family. Excellent service staff. No restaurant inside but service staff arranged food, quick service. The room that we booked with two queen beds for 4 people, was exceptional. and gives a cozy as well as comfortable experience.

"Superb and comfortable stay with family."

Room is exactly as in the pic shared. Manager Mohan is excellent towards his service towards guests. Room was extremely comfortable. Bathroom is very hygienic with latest fittings. Perfect accommodation for family and kids. Enjoying an amazing stay! The hotel didn't include breakfast/dinner. I must opine that they should also start over offering breakfast and dinners.

"Satisfied Stay"

Peaceful location, well behaved staffs, clean rooms. Quite flexible in check-in & check-out timings. The staffs were available at all the times for any assistance needed. You should definitely go for it because it offers everything, we need to make our stay perfect.

"Exceeded my expectation."

I chose this hotel in Urapakkam as I had to get the bus from Kilambakkam bus stand. Room was clean and comfortable. Clean bathroom. Outside food allowed here. I had to board the bus to Madurai, which was so easy from here. Surely value for money.

They provide toiletries, but hair oil, shampoo missing.. They just give basic stuffs like soap, paste and tooth brush.

"Worst experience"

Nothing. Staff very bad attitude. They only want money. As soon as we enter their first word was money. No welcome no good morning. Just money. And later TV not working. Room very Bad, very congested. No cleaning.

Over all a very bad experience. Not recommended at all. People should stay away. We had no option as they took 50% advance and balance on arrival. Very bad people. Specially Stenly and Mohan both only want money. Infact Stenly also booked same room for higher tarrif after taking advance from other and threatened us to vacate room. We had to fight for our right
