Breakfast was good and like. In Veg. Breakfast some items can be added such as Poha and Upma. location is also reachable easily.

Cleanliness

Many issues - 1) bathroom lock of one of our rooms got damaged because of which bathroom door couldn't be closed while using it. This issue was not resolved by the hotel in spite of repeated reminders / escalations. This problem remained for whole stay of 3 nights. 2) The flat screen TV had no channel only except YouTube. While asked, they told it is a smart TV and has only YouTube, which is normally free. So, just for the sake of advertising & name, they write it as a 'Flat screen TV' in the hotel details page, while it has no utility of TV. If you are giving no channels or not subscribing to any streaming channels, then it is just a display / monitor. Although the front desk staff assured they will subscribe Hotstar, it was not done finally by them. 3) Huge mismanagement and lack of coordination among staff - the room service for food was delayed in multiple occasions. One staff cited the reason that the staff whom we ordered food, didn't communicate to the kitchen - this is extreme form of mismanagement. Also, a few times, food served in the room was not cold, looked like not freshly prepared. However, some food was good also. In a nutshell, it was horrible for us. We expected a good quality & seamless stay - but, the reality was far behind. Regarding door lock issue, they assured everyday that it will be done today, but nothing happened and on the last day they offered for a room change which was pointless. They should offer that on the very 1st night when the issue was raised. It was really frustrating to get such low quality service even after paying a hefty amount for the rooms. Finally when asked for the compensation, they gave a discount of around 3500 in our food bill, which obviously do not measure actual damage or deficiency in service provided to us. It was really frustrating that we couldn't get our issues resolved even after contacting them time & again.

New and very good

The quadruple room that we took was specious although it was 5500/-+ Tax per day, which seems costly in Deoghar. All amenities were very nice though. Foods were cheaper comparatively.

The breakfast options were hardly anything. They don't even keep any fruits or juices in the breakfast.

The room are good nd newly renovated

There less variety of breakfast and need a bigger spread as per charges
