Nothing.

They were a group of liars, the owner of the apartment and the lady responsible for handing over the key. After renting the apartment and paying the rent, they did not hand over the key and said it was not ready for rent. When I asked for a refund of the apartment rental amount, they told us that they were not responsible. The Booking website and application is responsible for returning the amount, and after sending an email and communicating with the owner. Regarding waiving the reservation cancellation fees, he refused to communicate and denied knowing what happened. Not to mention Their treatment and behavior were very bad and rude, what happened to me with them was the worst thing that ever happened to me. So please beware of them because they are scammers.
