I highly recommend staying at Villa Maria. The villa is located in a quiet part of the island, with beautiful views of the caldera. There is a family-like atmosphere at the villa, and the reception staff are very helpful and friendly. It is spotlessly clean, delicious breakfasts are served, and you can admire the views right from the pool. We will definitely return to relax in the wonderful atmosphere!

Amazing pool and the view is one of the best in Santorini. Rooms were extremely comfortable and the service was amazing. Added bonus is the resident kitty Bella who may visit from time to time.

Quiet location extremely beautiful views, very clean and helpful staff.

Not much to fault. It’s exactly what you expect, short walk to nearest town, drive or taxi to further locations.

Location with breathtaking views. Clean room. Nice balcony. Friendly staff.

Isolated location (15 min. walk to Akrotiri town). Tight room. Basic breakfast. Isolated pool, disconnected from hotel, and with only few sun umbrellas. Beyond breakfast, no snacks/drinks service of any kind. Weak WiFi reception.
