The position and the balance quality price (tv air conditioning private bathroom comfy bed) The staff super gentle

Maybe necessary to improve the cleaning and to renew some parts as furniture...but are small details

"If you want an affordable and decent place to stay, I would recommend this place."

Good location. Room and bathroom are clean. Very affordable. Has a rooftop with shared kitchen and dining area. Kitchen is clean with a refrigerator, stove and a lot of utensils.

The room we stayed was hot because it was facing the sun in the afternoon unlike my son's room. Took a long time to cool down. Choose the room with the even number. Has a couple of stairs going up so make sure your luggage is not heavy.

Clean, quiet, AC and internet worked well. Friendly staff. Good location for staying in Tagbilaran to do some errands. Close to ACE medical center and walking distance to restaurants on the water. Easy tricycle ride into main part of town or to bus stations.
