The staff, service, food, location every thing is good.

Inside ambience is good but slow service, they even charged for plastic glasses to drink water while having breakfast. No glasses were kept on the table, we asked for glasses they brought the plastic ones and charged it at the end.

we really liked the room it was clean and tidy. the view from the balcony was great & the staff was good

the hotel says that the market is within 1km of the property but in reality it is 9kms away from the hotel. and hotel itself is very far it is far from mahabaleshwar too. the food at the hotel was below average
