The agent was most unhelpful. The neighbours complained as this is not a licensed rental property. I have contacted booking.com and the owner but no response

Super quiet & safe housing area near the river, but close to Emirates Arena, only 5 mins walk off busy roads.

Loved absolutely everything about this property the most is absolutely amazing at answering any questions you have check in is super easy there is security cameras front and back and a camera door bell which definitely gives you peice of mind the beds are amazing and if your a smoker they let you smoke out the back which I think is great there is also a drive way so if you drive you can park your car there both rooms also have wardrobes one has a built in one and one Dosnt but there both amazing the street is so quiet as well there is a main road near by but you don’t hear anything from it will 100% be back
