absolutely amazing experience, everything was perfect

Very welcoming hosts. When we encountered an issue that was beyond their control, they went above and beyond to offer thoughtful and considerate alternatives. The location is excellent, right outside the train station, making it easy to walk with your luggage. The building also has an elevator, which is a great convenience. The apartment was exceptionally clean, and the view from the penthouse was beautiful, overlooking the church clock tower.

The only minor downside is that the town remains quite lively late into the evening, and we could hear some of the activity from the apartment until after midnight. That said, the noise was not excessive, and we were still able to sleep comfortably.

Ottima posizione per visitare sia Montecatini sia altre località. Casa ben arredata e fornita di vari accessori x la cucina.

Прекрасное расположение, очень близко к центру, вокзалу и до терм идти недалеко по красивой улице. Просторная квартира, чистый подъезд, современный лифт. Бар, который находится рядом, совсем не мешал, при закрытых ставнях шум минимальный. Очень хороший матрас, удобные подушки, высыпались отлично

Все было хорошо, но сковородки уже требуют обновления

I really enjoyed my stay in Montecatini Terme. I stayed longer at Marco’s place, and it was truly wonderful. The apartment is contemporary, spacious, and bright, with high ceilings and plenty of room. It has everything you need, and if anything is missing, Marco is very quick to arrange it. He is an excellent host—attentive, kind, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. The location is fantastic, right in the city center, close to restaurants, shops, and supermarkets, and within easy reach of the thermal baths for treatments.

Stoviglie e pentole molto consumate da cambiare

É vicinissima al centro ma anche vicino alla chiesa quindi le campane sono da subire , le camere sono spaziose anche se sottotetto

Poca attenzione per gli ospiti , la cucina è molto rimediata , dal bagno esce un odore pungente in compenso c erano tanti asciugamani
