Kelusa Hill

The rooms were beautiful and private. So amazing to have a pool to ourselves. The staff were very responsive to any of our requests and were helpful in organising transport for us.

It was far from Ubud so maybe don’t stay here if you plan to spend a lot of time in town. The room was very bright at night with flashing lights and the aircon was very noisy so we didn’t sleep well. The food was also very average and let the place down.

Villas are absolutely beautiful, and luxurious and provide an island vibe. The staff is very nice and accommodating. Breakfast is tasty and provides a variety of choices. The view from the private pool is stunning.

The staff were lovely and the food was tasty and inexpensive. The Villa was clean and the air conditioning super cool.

The floors were very slippery when wet. The pool surround or lack of at the sides of the pool had no rails and it was a large drop onto concrete steps. We found this very very dangerous. Children certainly would be at serious risk as would someone who had a few drinks and got close and misjudged the edge would have a nasty fall landing on the corner of the pool. Also We were forever asking for towels, glasses and coffee cups. The staff would take them for cleaning and never replaced. The bathroom had abnormal huge step down into the shower,again slippery.

New built, spacious villa with private pool and view with palm trees. Modern architecture of the bathroom. Own selected, wide variety of delicious breakfast was brought every moring to the room.

Pool temperature was a bit cold (not heated at all). Pillows were too hard and high, staff forgot to bring the pre-ordered breakfast and delayed one hour after call. There was only one sun bed for the room. Chairs on terrace were uncomfortable. Table on terrace was a bit small and low for the breakfast.

Location was peaceful and view was also very nice

The villa is very large and has a good pool.
