"Pluto Home - Unclean & Unhygenic lacking wifi/tv facility"

Proximity to canteen

Nobody to welcome and guide use of installed wifi and tv.Despite many requests wifi not recharged and hence tv was just a box during our 2 nights stay. Had to leave accommodation. But asked to pay Rs.2000/- per day, while at the time of booking was less Overall Unclean & Unhygenic. Balcony door without bolts or lock.Open a security risk. Paucity of cofee,sugar tea bags. Bath mirror blurred due to dirt which could not be removed.
