"Superb"

Great mattress on bed upstairs and good to have memory foam topper for sofa bed. Compliments to the cleaning team - it was really clean on arrival. Good quality appliances - kettle, toaster, air fryer all easy to use. Nice leaflets in drawer with 10 walks around Ulverston. Nice bathroom. Provided dishwasher tablets and wall soap dispensers. Very central location next to Co-op and Costa.

An improvement could be made by swapping the office blind in living room for a normal roller blind and too much light comes in when using sofa-bed. If you do so we'd live to return.

"Quiet and cosy on the fringe of all the shops etc"

A very cosy apartment/Maisonette, all the accessories in the kitchen to dine in if you so wish, I read some of the reviews regarding the sofa bed was uncomfortable i found it to be very comfortable when using the mattress topper

"Lovely place, great location"

Really comfortable, had everything you need (apart from a bottle opener 😆!). The rooms are nice, it was clean and in a great location.

The kitchen was small for cooking

The property was clean, warm and perfect for what we needed

The only bad thing I can say and this is me just being picky lol but the sofa bed in the living room is really uncomfortable to sit on while relaxing or watching tv

Equipped with all you need,for kitchen

There was no heating in the bedroom or bathroom despite radiators being there.It was cold in the evenings. I locked myself out in the entrance as we were leaving I hadn’t got all our bags, Fortunately there were people just coming down from other apartment who let me back in .I think it would be a good idea to have an emergency contact No in the entrance .

"NICE COMFY AND COSY FLAT IN IDEAL LOCATION"

IDEAL LOCATION. FLAT WAS VERY CLEAN AND TINY, IDEAL FOR OUR SHORT STAY.

SOFA BED WAS A BIT UNCOMFORTABLE BUT DIDNT USE IT MUCH.

"Pleasant"

It was easy

Labels everywhere telling me what I must and must not do! Take bin bags out, leave used towels there. I am a tidy person and do not need this. Why is there no just reasonable washing up liquid, tea towel, cooking oil. Remember people are travelling to come here. If you want I can put dishwasher on for 1 plate! put some washing up liquid in and a tea towel. Goodness sake
