"Exceptional"

The view, the facilities - fridge, kettle, coffee. Everything needed to have lunch at home. Comfy bed and two air cons

The walk up but that is to be expected with Praiano.

"Home away from home, perfect views too!"

The apartment was immaculate and had everything you would need. Views from the balcony were lovely; and it felt like a home away from home. Valeria and her husband were incredibly helpful with check in; organising taxis and recommendations for nearby restaurants.

As stated clearly by the property, there are a lot of steps- just be wary if you have a lot of luggage. They do provide a porter service which is convenient!

"A lovely stay on the Amalfi Coast."

The view from our balcony was amazing. Roberto was a gracious host and waiting for us to arrive from Naples to let us in, show us around, and get us settled. He also informed Fernanda and I of nearby places of interest, including the bar he manages. Grazie Roberto! We had an awesome time!

While the beach is close, it's a long walk down a number of flights of stairs to get there. They being said, it's with it. Just be mentally and physically prepared.

"Great views but tired, unclean property with too many stairs. Better off staying in a hotel in the Main Street."

It has great views. Also has kitchen facilities if you want to cook.

The property was not clean. Dishes needed to be washed before use, bath mat was old and dirty and generally the property felt dirty. Also, the location is extremely inaccessible. There are a significant amount of stairs (65 metres worth) to get to the Main Street, restaurants or shops. Or if you hire a Vespa, similar amount of stairs up to where that would be parked.

"Lots of stairs up to a comfortable place with an amazing view of the sea, cliffs, and Positano."

They had a person coordinate with my driver and meet us to show the location. This was wonderful hospitality and without it I would have struggled greatly to find the place.

A little instruction note on how to use the hot water heater for the shower. As an American we keep our hot water tanks on and do not need to selectively turn them on as needed so it took a little bit to realize.

"First stay on the amalfi coast"

The property was excellent. Living area was large and spacious. Having the TV was great also as it rained a day during our stay. Bedroom was also big and the bed was nice and comfy. Special mention to valeria and Roberto who were great hosts. Any questions we had, they were always very helpful and overall they are very lovely people. Would definitely recommend casa barone.
