"We were fairly comfortable and good location."

Good quiet location. Spacious and clean. Adequate equipment. Helped with any problems. pleasant balcony.

Finding the key and then the actual apartment building was not easy. Beds were very noisy and a single duvet is not big enough for a double bed. No welcome pack - map, info on local places, restaurants etc No welcome food/drink - milk, bread, orange juice, wine?? Needed more towels.
