Waters Edge Apartments

The location is great

The apartment is hot, No air conditioner and non functioning fan. It is too hot to sleep at night and there is nothing you can do to improve it. Do not go there in summer!!!. These property management stays are just so un-personal.

The area was beautiful everything was closer

The bed was not comfortable

The place was clean. Staff was responsive.

Couch needs to be cleaned or should be leather type material, had to put a blanket on top. For a 9 day stay there should be an extra linen that one can change. Should put basics like salt that will come in handy. Not enough cutlery. Bedroom needs a curtain, with blinds the light outside and the sun comes through.

Location

Some of the beddings, chairs & pillows were all dirty & smelling, they have not been washed for a long time. The toilets were smelling due to lack of proper ventilation. The blinds in the kitchen are damaged and someone can see the room from outside. Had to use a cloth to hide the window

The accommodation was in close to the office.

There were a few complaints that were brought to the attention of the Property. It was resolved.

EVERYTHING WAS EXCEPTIONAL!

Superb location. Next door to mall and beautiful view on the canal and birds reserve.
