Its security and proximity to the canal walk mall. It’s quiet so you can actually get work done within the apartment. The place is also very clean

A scheduled cleaning at least once a week would be great

No 2 point plugs No bug repellant When booking the property (non-refundable booking) the price for 2 people for 2 nights was <R2000. However after the booking was made, additional cleaning fees were added bringing the total >R3000. I think it utterly unacceptable that those level of hidden fees can be applied after payment and booking made!!!!

Lack of dish washing cloth, room service should be included on the price.

The location

The TV didn’t work , the security spoke the entire second night thus disturbing the sleep, had to go to them at 2 in the morning to tell them not to talk so loud , the fan didn’t work properly, no air conditioning in the room , the maintenance staff only came at 22.30 to do repairs and I couldn’t sleep , the repairs was incomplete and they had to come the following day , the outside light shines directly into the bedroom and couldn’t sleep due to the light shining through the window. The managing agent was of no help , the cleaning fee is a rip off as no cleaning was done during the stay.

No wifi whole weekend yet they said someone was coming sat, I never going back there again sorry

Location and facilities

It was to be non smoking but the apartment was full of smoke and took two days and lots of airing out.

Worst experience ever. I booked and paid for the stay a month prior. The host cancelled my stay a few hours before my arrival (which I found appalling because I made communication day before to check if all was set and they confirmed). Upon landing in Cape Town, FROM JOHANNESBURG, I received communication that they can no longer accommodate me. And their reason?: “the apartment has a funny smell” I quarrelled with them over the phone, for hours, demanding my refund so I could book elsewhere.

Great location, and very spacious for my family

They only gave us 1 key which made it difficult when my family and I had to go to go to different places at different times. Whenever I needed to leave or come back I was always given grief by the security guard and had to explain the same thing to the same guy for a full 2 weeks everyday
