Birdys Nest

It was very accomodating for a very large family, 5 rooms all with TVs except for one that had an arcade console instead, my Mother loves Pac Man and enjoyed that. Plenty of extra beds if needed. Ample parking in the front yard of the house. Loved the hot tub/jacuzzi with jets, it was soo very nice. Plenty of towels. Had a big backyard for bonfire and grilling. I personally loved the decor. The full kitchen was great for cooking a nice family meal. The location was close to the strip within 15 minutes, closer still to old vegas. The host was very responsive and helpful to all my questions. It is very close to walmart. It was very well priced for a large group. Definitely will recommend and will be happy to stay again on a future trip.

The neighborhood area was just ok. Minor normal wear and tear of the house. Beds were on the firmer side but still comfortable.

We liked the host - she made sure we had an easy check-in and check-out. She made sure the house was clean and redy for our arrival, and gave us instructions on how to lock the house when we leave, directed us to where the safety cameras was and how to turn it off. There was ample parking. The host also made her contact information available to us in case we need her help.

We thought there were not enough towels because there we could not readily see them. It turned out some of the extra towels were in the bedrooms. A note telling the guests where to find the amenitiies, toiltetries and towels would have been helpful.

Time got away from us as we were at a pool on the strip killing time before checking in and I was pleasantly surprised our host sent us the codes to get in before and I didn’t have to bug her. I also love the value, how easy it was to keep clean, and all the nice touches of things we may have forgotten. The things that were asked for we easy to do and I loved everything. Even plastic forks and plates as we made breakfast before we headed out to sightsee was a great touch.

I wish the hot tub was useable, and the back yard had so much potential but was very clean and nice to sit outside. It has so much potential and I hope maybe next time we stay maybe it’s as green as Nevada can get lol. But it was absolutely not a deal breaker, it was a great stay.
