Theros Cottage - garden & sea breeze

What a lovely, little cottage in the old town! The decor was so charming for the holiday season, the property is up a few sets of steps which was a bit taxing for my 70yo mother but she did enjoy the green aperitif our host left us! Elena was a wonderful and responsive host. Even though the WiFi went out (due to a storm) Elena was communicating with me which was very much appreciated.

The cottage was lovely and quiet even though it's so close to the old Town centre. The terrace and outdoor space is great with great views!! The cottage has everything you need and is very comfortable!! Elena is also a kind host!! Would definitely recommend!!

The garden was quiet, private, pretty with table and chairs plus a terrace with views. Very clean and well equipped. A bottle of wine and and water provided. .Host (Elena) was very helpful and met us on arrival. Close to parking on road nearby. Local beach (well equipped) within walking distance. A great base for Napflio and surrounding areas

The bathroom was functional but very small and using the small wash basin was tricky

Gorgeous little place up near the castle walls in Napflio. Small but perfectly layed out with a beautiful courtyard and terrace space to enjoy. It felt so amazing to sit out on the little terrace with our wine and cheese enjoying the afternoon sunlight on the rooftops of Napflio!! The owner could not be lovelier and was so easy to communicate with and even gave us a parting gift! Thank you so much Elena! My family of 5 all loved our stay in Napflio and thought our location was ideal - a quick walk into the old town but also easy access to the castle and beach. I would highly recommend this place.

It is a small space, but this didn’t bother us. It was an easy trade off for being right in the old town.

Gorgeous, quaint little property in the heart of Nafplio. Responsive host, comfy beds and thoughtfully decorated. We made the most of eating out for our 3 night stay so didn’t use the kitchen.

Glad I read the comments about leaving luggage in the car. The steps from the car park to the cottage are slippery and hard going with a large case. Would be hard work for someone with reduced mobility or a pushchair. Pack sensibly!!
