"She helped us make the best trip."

When I checked in, I didn't have cash and I told her I would pay the next day, and She kindly agreed. The owner is very kind and the accommodation fee is reasonable, so I highly recommend it.

Let us in early in the morning

No star for the service and location. It was within 1km from the bus terminal but it was not at all easy to walk around the city when the cars are racing at you even on green light for pedestrians to cross and the road is uneven and so dirty with dog poops. NOW, let me get to the service. We were thankful the lady who works here (not the owner) let us in early in the morning before the check-in time. However, how the owner charged us after exchanging from USD to SOL was RIDICULOUS!! We were charged roughly 40-50 sols more than what we should pay. Even when we suggested her to talk to booking.com about the price, she wouldn't do it and only ask us to pay the price she demands - if not, we leave in the middle of the night. We even tried to negotiate the price but she was so stubborn and forced the lady working here to pay the rest instead!! SERIOUSLY, PLEASE TALK THE ISSUE OUT WITH BOOKING.COM WHO PUT UP THE PRICE WE RESERVED FOR AND NOT ARGUE WITH YOUR GUESTS OR PASS THE BUCK TO THE LADY WORKING FOR YOU. +++ no hot shower…
