Checked in with the help of staffs, had a lovely stay.

Staff made the effort to address the issues we had,

The room view was supposed to be sea but was a building site,. The AC in the gym was not working and we had to tell them to fix it. The breakfast was of a poor standard.The pool was very dirty and we asked them to clean it.

Lovely staff. The hotel has good amenities as well. The location is excellent, and the apartment block is also gated, so it's quite secure. There is a spa and a pool on site which made our stay even better. Breakfast was also ok.

The front office staffs are so polite and friendly Housekeepers and very lovely so I will like to check in there next time

They offered my room to someone else, and I was forced to pay for an upgrade as it was too late looking for another hotel. They also moved my things to another room the next day while i was out and about without my consent. The manager blamed everyone except himself. Other staff were ok, but the front desk manager has no business being one.

Nothing about them is good poor customer service and the pool is so dirty

They didn’t keep to the agreement of 2 breakfast after making payment for it. And they charge higher just to give you morning breakfast in your room

Clean and neat. Great customer service. Thumb up for the staffs

Noise from generator was not friendly
