Я бронировал семейный номер с одной двуспальной и двумя односпальными кроватями. По прибытии мне сообщили, что я забронировал маленький номер, в котором наша семья не поместится. После того как я показал подтверждение бронирования, сотрудники признали ошибку, но сказали, что нужный номер еще не убран. В итоге нам предложили номер с четырьмя отдельными кроватями. Было уже поздно, поэтому мы согласились. Чистота номера оставляла желать лучшего. Ванная комната была грязной, с желтым налетом, что выглядело очень неприятно. Полотенца имели неприятный запах. Завтрак также разочаровал: в помещении стоял сильный запах лука, из-за чего было некомфортно находиться в зоне питания. К сожалению, проживание не оправдало ожиданий.
