"Absolutely loved it and will definitely 💯 recommend"

Loved how clean and welcoming it was. Loved the design and decorations

I would have loved a secure garden for my doggos. Was a bit too open and the children from next door were playing football in our space

"Super cute place to stay, thats close enough to local beaches but also lovely and peaceful holiday"

9.0

We are just back from our week long stay at this super cute little chalet/bungalow and to say we were pleased was an understatement! Our lovely experience began before we'd even arrived, Emma cannot do enough for you! In our case confirming we were bringing our old pooch, so she could prepare for our arrival, not many places cater for pooches to the extend Emma did, we really appreciated that. Arrival and departure instructions are plain/simple to understand and comply with. Fitted with all the mod cons you might need and a few more we classed as luxury, which again was lovely for our holiday. The written/printed instructions were perfect, really liked the "fix it" book and happily left a review in the other book. Love, Love, Love the beach theme that ran literally throughout the whole property, you can tell how much you care about the "beach house" - we highly recommend to anyone who's reading this review and needs a super cute place to stay close to Filey. We will most definitely book again, in fact have spoken about nothing else since getting home!

"Enjoyable relaxing stay apart from dog security issue, I will definitely be returning."

8.0

Location of property was ideally situated for visiting surrounding towns and other places of interest, less than 10 minute drive took you into the small quaint resort of Filey whilst a few minutes more in the opposite direction will bring you to the larger resort of Scarborough, heading inland for 30 minutes will take you to Pickering or Malton. The property itself was clean, nicely decorated and well equipped with all modern facilities to make for a pleasant stay.

There was one issue which caused me some anxiety, this was that to the front of the property the fence which was adjacent to the roadside grass verge had nothing to keep small dogs from wandering through to the which at times can be a busy road, majority of neighbouring properties have a hedgerow in place, I appreciate that dogs are to be kept on a lead on site but given the opportunity of a open door and little fellas can wander.
