El hotel era muy cómodo, las personas que trabajan ahí muy amables y siempre dispuestas a ayduarnos en todo!

Breakfast is tasty, the margaritas are great, the rooms are impressive, the restaurant is good

I liked that it was a boutique hotel and that the staff was very attentive. The hotel has 2 pools, a normal one and another one that was a cave before. Because it is a small hotel we actually had the pools for ourselves when we wanted to use them which increase privacy and the holiday feeling.

The breakfast can take some time to get ready, so if you are in a hurry it is advised to tell staff to have it ready for a certain time and then everything will be perfect.

Iets minder centraal gelegen

Eigentlich nichts, wir sind eine Nacht früher abgereist.

Das Hotel hat höchstens zwei Sterne verdient. Es liegt direkt an der Hauptstrasse, die ins Zentrum von Valladolid führt und gegenüber befindet sich ein sehr lautes Lokal, vor allem nachts. Keine Sicherheitsvorkehrungen vorhanden, jeder könnte das Hotel betreten. In der Reception ist oft kein Personal, wenn man ein Taxi oder sonst etwas braucht, muss man warten. Die "Cenote" ist in Wirklichkeit ein Pool in einer Höhle, wirkt schmuddelig. Das Frühstück ist lieblos und nicht besonders fein. Wir sind wegen dem Lärm eine Nacht früher abgereist und das Hotel hat uns eine Rückerstattung in Aussicht gestellt. Nur haben sie nie auf unsere Anrufe reagiert.
