The hotel was very clean and the room was lovely. The pool area was nice and we enjoyed the roof top bar. Shuttle to night market was a bonus

The pool bar was closed which was fine as you could order a drink on the app. However on the Saturday evening the roof bar and restaurant were closed for a private party. There was literally nowhere to go for a drink and they would not let us sit in the reception area. Not good customer service for hotel residents

It was such an amazing stay! Probably one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at in Laos. The staff were absolutely wonderful, the room was spacious, clean and the beds were super comfortable! They have pretty great facilities and really fast wifi!

The comfortable A/C room. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The rooftop bar and restaurant in the sunset. The Reception staff arranged a private taxi with a sort-of-English-speaking driver to take me to my nominated sites.

The riverside location a bit out of the CBD. On the hotel's TV system there were very few TV channels and NO, none, zero English International News channels. I expected this provision in this class of hotel. But I guess it is only a 3-star hotel after all. That said, I recommend this hotel for a short stay only.

Lovley hotel. Nice location Clean. Tidy. Roof top restaurant and bar was amazing. Great sunset and view of the city Breakfast was also very good. Good selection and fresh. Staff very nice
