There is nothing one can like . The staff/receptionist is rapist as they purposely came to my room when I was sleeping in my comfort wear. And forcefully took my 20000/-. I would love to have my 20000/- back by booking.com becoz i went to this property because of good reviews. It's a serious matter. Return my 20k and also apology from reception becoz, who invade in my personal space and stnached my 20K. As booking.com is one of the biggest name . I believe you guys get me my hardearned money back. I stayed there from 23 feb to 27 feb.

There where multiple receptionist and I booked this hotel because I GOT good reviews that BOOKING.Com provides good hotels BUT reality was worst also the reception guy. He came to my room when I was not wearing sufficient clothes and he kept on knocking, I told him talk via phone but their phone was not working. Being a girl he thretend my safety. Also he charge more than double which was shown on BOOKING.COM Receptionist over charged me even by making situation to call police . I DIDN'T WENT THERE TO GET MY SELF RAPED AND HE SCARED ME TO LIFE. KINDLY REFUND MY ALL MONEY(20000 APPROX) ,IF YOU VALUE MY SAFETY AND YOUR REPUTATION STOP COLLABORATION WITH THIS. THEY ARE RUNNING HOTEL IN RECEDENTIONAL AREA. IF YOU VALUE YOUR BRAND YOU GET MY RS 20000 /-BACK PLUS ITS MY HUMBLEST REQUEST NOT TO WORK WITH THEM. I FELT COMPLAINTING TO POLICE. ONLY MY KNOW HOW I CAME OUT OF THAT RAPE HOUSE. KINDLY TAKE STRICT ACTION AGAINST THEM AND WILL ALSO RETURN MY MONEY WHICH THE FORCEFULLY CAME TO MY ROOM AND TOOK(I.E 20000/-) ALSO APOLOGY IS NEEDED .

Wifi not working, Geyser not working, water leakage from Geyser on opening bathroom tap.

Good room and very clean, staff was good and helpful.
