Lime Tree Hotel & Stays Greater Noida Nearby India Expo Centre & Mart

When i book my room there were some other things mentioned but while reaching the hotel at 1 AM in night there were different things. And the staff was not supportive and very rude.

I appreciated the responsible person’s behavior. He was polite, well‑communicated, and humble. He managed the booking confirmations and waited for me until late at night.

The other staff are unprofessional. My stay at the hotel was disappointing. The rooms were not clean as shown in the images, the water taps were not working, and the bedsheets seemed unwashed.

On the whole a very neat and well built property. Location is very close to Expo Mart which is very convenient. Breakfast and food was really good.

* Very poor maintenance - this is mainly damaging the property and its reputation * credit card not accepted - reason: machine not working. Very cheap & unprofessional way to get cash payments * water covers entire bathroom floor while bathing * during rain, water leak from main door, entrance area covered by water (Room 106).

Food was good

The balcony was very dirty with bird poop every where . The walls were torn . In the bathroom you could see pipes supposed to be in the wall. We kept getting calls from the third floor. Poor maintenance and in breakfast timing the staff were sleeping and the buffet promised was not there
