Lovely (4 night) Stay! 🌴 We were very satisfied with our stay. The property is small, with only a few rooms, which gives it a cozy and peaceful atmosphere. Our room was on the smaller side, but it was more than enough for us and even had a balcony. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The owner and staff were wonderful—very kind and warm-hearted. We arrived on the day of the Buddhist New Year celebration, and they welcomed us with a lovely treat (see photo). They always tried their best to accommodate our needs. Even on the day we were leaving early and didn’t have time for breakfast, they prepared a small takeaway snack for us. Breakfast was simple but satisfying. Location is also great. Its close (2km) to the main Mirrisa beach where are many restaurants which providing sunbeds and all the facilities during the day. And close is also famous photoshoot spot Coconut tree Hill.

Very clean and comfortable stay! The breakfast was excellent—they even welcomed us with watermelon juice and some sweets. It's a bit of a walk from Mirissa town (around 30 minutes), but the staff were incredibly helpful. They assisted us in finding cheaper tuk-tuks—though the PickMe app was still more affordable. They even lent us some cash for a tuk-tuk when we ran out, which was so kind of them.

A swimming pool would be an advantage.

A good hotel with super modern and stylish rooms. The rooms are nicely decorated and feature a pleasant bathroom with a warm shower. The location is fine, but it’s recommended to have your own tuk-tuk, as the beach is at least a 5-minute drive away. Nice restaurants are also a bit further out. The staff is friendly but speaks very little English, which can make communication a bit difficult at times – though they do their best to understand you. The breakfast was surprisingly good!

A great place to stay and incredibly good value for money! Family run hotel - they were all so lovely and helpful. Lovely sized room, clean and comfortable!

Breakfast is good! People are nice. Rooms are good.

The staff is very kind but they lacking experience. It’s hard to communicate due the poor English they speak. I’d understand this friendly people can’t help this but the manager also didn’t do a thing to solve the issues we had. The building is noisy and it woke us up several times. Payment only cash.

Delicious drinks and breakfasts, friendly staff!

The staff struggles with basic English, making communication quite difficult. The hotel is a 5-minute drive from the beach, so transportation is always a consideration. A table in the room would be helpful, especially since we need to work remotely, and it was incredibly hot outside. Additionally, the internet connection inside the room was very slow, which was essential to us.
