Dakhla Camp

- Kite teachers are super friendly and nice, open to chat about anything and spend some time having fun in the evenings - Location is nice : the view, walks in a little desert to see The Atlantic ocean with a sunset - Houses are comfortable, clean - Plenty of very tasty food, large choices of meal : meat or veggies and olives - Pool is nice - Staff speak many languages: French, English, Spanish,...

- Staff (outside of the kite teachers) are very formal/a bit cold : Not much of exchanges with them - Volleyball net is installed everyday but when asked about any ball, I received a sharp and not very nice answer that the field is new and no ball has been bought (yet the net doesnt look new at all..) - To go to Dakhla city to see something else seems very complicated or pricey (~60€ with a taxi). We had to do hitchhike with local buses and people (moroccans are super friendly and nice so don't be worried). - 1L of Water is ~4€ at the hotel (???) + you cant drink tap water so look for people bringing you back water from the city - Only non alcoholic drink available at the bar - Coffee is only available (even with full inclusive booking) in the morning, else it's between between 2 and 3,5€ the americano - No discovery of moroccan culture / food.. except the couscous on friday and in the morning but else not much..

Good location for kitesurfing. Nice and friendly staff. Qualified and very helpful kitesurfing school and rentals staff.

We booked a bungalow with 2 rooms, but got only one. Breakfast consisted of either pancakes or boiled eggs the whole week.No alcoholic beverages are available. Shops are 28 km away, so you need to buy water from the bar.

I promised a review, so here it is. I initially booked one night to explore the lagoon, but ended up staying for 10 wonderful days in late April-early May 2026. A higher power led me exactly where I needed to be, and most importantly, to great people! Thanks to the camp and kite school team. Everyone is friendly, responsible, and ready to help and assist with any issue at any time (Hi, Anasse! 😊). Food: There were basic dishes, as well as tajines, and sometimes even more than one type of fish. Always plenty of vegetables, always chicken and beef. Even my ailing stomach loved everything, and it was very convenient. Accommodation: comfortable bungalows a minute from a fantastic swimming pool with lighting. Hot water, daily cleaning, convenient location relative to the kite spot. Peace and quiet! Only birds. Kite school right at the hotel. Sadam, Halil, Hamsa, and Amin made my days. They took me across the desert in jeeps to other spots. We trained at a nearby spot (100 meters from the hotel). There were no extra hours. The prices were more than reasonable, and the transfers to and from the spot were fun. Clear training assignments, comfortable training methods, attention to important details, and understandable English (I'm Russian). All this inevitably leads to the desired result: you'll be up on a board and enjoying kiteboarding by the 8th hour. All this happens in a great atmosphere, with close contact with the coaches almost 24/7. Thank you for these wonderful ten days. God willing, we'll see each other again!

the room was clean and the lagoon is beautiul.

the food is not good and not enough for all the guests, the kitecenter is the worst i have ever been, the kite instructors dont even know how to kite and they dont have any kind of respect for the guest’s equipment. Every hotel in Dakhla for the same price or even cheaper its better. The place is also noisy.

Estaba limpio, la cama era grande y muy cómoda, la ducha funcionaba bien. La comida estaba muy buena, tenían una piscina grande en la que podías tomar el sol. El personal es muy amable.

Quizá que no hay tiendas cerca.

De staff is heel vriendelijk en als er een probleem is staan ze meteen paraat om te helpen.
