The hotel was very clean and the staff was so friendly and kind. You can walk within 5 - 7 Minutes to the center of Ella - so the location is great. Also the bed was very comfortable.

Its better to have a little bit larger washroom

Konumu çok güzeldi. Çalışanlar aşırı yardımcı ve güler yüzlüydü . Gönül rahatlığıyla yer tutabilirsiniz. 2 kadın olarak güvenli şekilde konakladık.

Temizlik konusunda biraz sıkıntı vardı . Aslında temizlik yapmışlardı ama yine de çok özenli değildi.

Localização, super perto de tudo mas longe da confusão do centro. Simpatia dos funcionários. Terraço agradável. Água quente.

Great location - just up the road from the main section of Ella, plenty of food places nearby to keep you busy, and just a 5 minute walk to the main “strip” if you can call it that… go the other way (away from town) and you get easy access to the trailhead taking you to Nine Arches Bridge, so it’s perfectly located to get you access to both the hiking, and the town. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and attentive.

So hard to say!!! If I was to have even the most minor of gripes, it would be that the beds are a bit too firm for my liking, I couldn’t spoon my girlfriend as I was just propped up on one shoulder and it went dead after a while.
