"Exceptional"

Only issue is that the electricity for the upper portion of the house went out a few times requiring a trip to the breaker to fix. No issues though as this place is incredible and also somewhat remote, so things like this can happen! Also could be that we had too many things plugged in with a group of 5!

"Great family gathering at a wonderful villa!"

Location, pool, size, amenities!

The only draw back was we were there when the Unicorn Festival was being held in Vinci closing the main road to access the Villa. This required us to take side, very narrow and crazy curved road! Difficult to navigate during the day, impossible at night!

"Magical stay in Tuscany"

What an absolute gem this place was. We were a group of 10 and there was more than enough room for all of us. Every room was well furnished and the whole house was clean. The kitchen is very well equipped and the outdoor seating areas have breathtaking views. On top of all this, it has a great pool that has a shallow area for little kids. The owners are super nice and met us at check in and left us some delicious bread and other small groceries. 1 hour from Pisa and just under 1 hour to Florence. A little over an hour to Sienna, and within 10 minutes from Vinci, we found the location to be perfect

You need to be a confident driver. The roads are narrow and up hill to get to the villa.

"Absolutely amazing! A house with everything one could need!!"

The most complete house we’ve ever rented out! There was no wish which remained open! Absolutely amazing!!! Beautiful place, awesome view, very comfortable, nicely decorated and with everything one could need! If you have a person who enjoys to cook in your family, make a trip to this villa! It even has two ovens to prepare dinner and at the same time bake a delicious cake! 🤩

You need to have a car to get there!
