Carpets throughout the second building were extremely dirty. a mascot was visibly dirty as well.. no bath mat, and only one coffee pack

There were a few ants crawling across the tv stand each day. The ants were already there when we arrived so it wasn’t from any of our food.

It was pretty dated. And not having a cheaper option for breakfast was annoying. The buffet was definitly not worth $18/person. Also, our room didn’t have a trash can in the bedroom, and no hair dryer. And the doors are really loud to shut, so we could hear doors slamming during the night.
USProximity to the beach. Free parking. There was decent water pressure and the showers got very hot. Beds were comfortable. AC was functional and the rooms didn't smell of mildrew which can be common near the beach.
Our room was tight, dingy, and poorly maintained. The wallpaper was peeling and the paint was chipped in various areas of our room. The elevators felt like trap devices and the buttons were not responsive unless forceful effort was used. We had to call maintenance immediately as our sink did not drain. The bathroom was very tight and there was no ventilation definatley not compliant with any building code. We only had towels for three peoole when we booked for four. We asked the front desk and they said housekeeping would bring more but they never did. We appreciated the hot water but it presented a scalding risk. While my children enjoyed the pool and hot tub they were both poorly maintained with loose tiles and in need of a deep cleaning. Scum rimmed the edges of both pools. We noticed huge chunks of concrete missing from some balconies. Overall this place gave me the ick and I will not be returning.
