A fridge full of a variety of food was waiting for us. Not just typical Italian breakfast, but also full European breakfast. It was delicious and amazing. The rooms were spacious, beds comfortable and hosts friendly and helpful. The town is small but there is a shop and a nice pizzeria. It's also really close to Pisa. There is a parking lot just opposite the house and absolutely no problem with parking.

Absolutely nothing to complain about.

We stayed at Casa Grazia one night with our family and had a wonderful experience. The location is peaceful and convenient — perfectly situated between Pisa and Lucca, with Cinque Terre also within reach if you're willing to drive further. The apartment is on the upper floor, while the two lovely owners live downstairs in an attached house. They welcomed us warmly, gave us a full tour of the house, and explained all the facilities and rules. The place was spotlessly clean, with great attention to detail and equipped with everything you might need. The bedrooms are spacious, the bathroom is large and fully stocked, and there's a separate, well-equipped kitchen. We were greeted with a small snack and a bottle of prosecco, which was such a thoughtful touch. Breakfast was incredibly generous — yogurt, milk, ham, several kinds of bread and snacks, jam, butter, cheese, pastries, juice, coffee, water, and more — more than enough to start the day right. Overall, a fantastic place that we wholeheartedly recommend!

There was nothing major we didn’t like. Just keep in mind that the property is located in a quiet residential area, so having a car is necessary to fully enjoy the surroundings and easily reach nearby towns. Also, the living room is part of a shared building with the owners' house attached. While they were very respectful and never intrusive, you could still feel their presence at times. It’s not a problem at all, but if you're looking for a completely independent and private stay, it’s something to keep in mind.

The property is in a perfect location. Close to Pisa Lucca, Firenze, Cinque Terra and LaSpezia.

The location was the best.

Comfortable house for families. Close to Pisa. Public parking is huge. Nice couple is hosting you on their up- floor. Everything is new and clean.
