Great little apartment with a very short walk to the Faenza central Piazza. Bus service runs past the property for local bus service to the train station. Lots of local coffee shops.

The television was an old CRT model which would not take either USB or HDMI input which was disappointing. Whilst the kitchenette was quite functional there was no kettle for making coffee/tea and the rangehood did not work.

Well constructed character apartment, spacious, good bathroom, very clean with outdoor patio area.

Lack of windows and air conditioning. No hairdryer.
