Very close for bus station. Options to cook separate kitchen. I like, their home food. Little spicy, but it's experience 😉. Bed was extra big.

We recently stayed in this cozy 2-bedroom apartment, and it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I walked in, I felt right at home. The beds were cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep, and there was enough storage space to keep things tidy and organized throughout my stay. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, with all the essentials provided. The shower had good water pressure, making for a refreshing start to the day. The kitchen was a highlight for me. It was small but had everything we needed to prepare meals during us stay. The appliances were in excellent condition and It made cooking feel effortless, and we appreciated being able to save money by dining in. The location of the apartment was also fantastic. It was conveniently situated near beach, shops, restaurants, and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city without having to travel far. Overall, We had a wonderful experience staying in this apartment. It's perfect for anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable price to stay while visiting the area. I would highly recommend this place.

Staying here is to stay in a real local Srilankan house :D The family is living here with 3 adorable dogs in the garden. The house is modest but very cute, clean, tidy and well-located. It is next to the bus stand and main road but also an 8 min walk from the beach. The room is not too big but ok for a couple. It is clean and with a mosquito net. The WC is outside of the house but neat and smells good.

Overall stay was a good experience, just two aspects to let other travelers know: 1) We could not use the kitchen though the description says so (apparently there was no gas) 2) I haven't felt we have had a lot of privacy. The woman owning the house is always around. Still, she is suuuper cute and lovely so this is not really a drawback. Just be aware in case you are looking for a place with a lot of privacy.
