Location is beautiful and the apartment is an excellent size. Very comfortable place to stay for a few days!

I would like to start by saying that I didn't expect to have such a lovely time in a different house. Somehow in just 3 days that we spent there, we ended up feeling like it is a second home. We arrived in a house that didn't miss anything, from detergent, to clean towels, to kitchen equipment, all of it felt brand new and of good quality. We had a great time, the location was so nice and the host helped us with instructions regarding the parking lot, she was really helpful. The host even messaged us to check in on us after a huge storm happened in Verona. We appreciated the attention that she put into making this trip an experience that we would never forget. She even left us some treats in the fridge upon our arrival, what more can you ask from someone. It was delightful, if we ever get the chance to come back in Verona, I would surely book this place again for myself and the family, they loved it as much as I did.

It was a short trip. One our last day it was it was a huge storm and it was pretty violent outside, it was a little bit scary, but we felt safe. My children were a bit disturbed by the noise made by the tourists or cars, since the house is directly on the street, but that was not that big of an issue.

Excellent location, clean and spacious (2nd double bed sofa bed in large lounge). Lotys of small touches from host such as coffee and tea provided are really helpful for short stays. Host provided clear instructions and great advice where to park nearby for free.

No faults to the apartment. It is ground floor so there is no outdoor space or balcony but this can't be helped.

The temperature inside the house was cold, not extra blankets, we contacted the landlord and showed me how to increase the temperature, but still wasn't hot enough.

Giulia was very helpful and a nkce host although we did not meet her in person. She messaged me a day before we arrive. Gave clear instrucfions how to get the keys also how to get to the apartlment. She replies quickly whenever I message her if I need to ask something like how to get the bus, shops etc. Apartment was big and well equipped.

Shower needs to be fix. It's really hard to get the right temperature of the water. Its gets too hot that could burn you and then gets too cold. Also drainage in the shower is blocked. It takes a while for the water to drain.

The apartment was spatious, very clean, elegant and classy, at a very convenient location. The host was amazingly polite, hospitable and helpful and precise with anything we might have needed... I highly recommend it to anyone who is visiting the city for a long or a short term, since it is equipped as a normal apartment... Extra bonus : the host is the best one I had so far at any accommodation I may have booked through this app! 😊

The only bad thing was that we never met the host. She was incredible though!

Very good location close to city centre, clean, very nice host. The appartment is fully equiped (washing machine, coffe machine, etc.) and nicely furbished.

Parking (it is not next to appartment, you have to find it on the streets, but we knew this before arriving), 1 sleeping room is close to a street and a bit noisy at night and has a couch bed which is not very comfortable.

Very central. you can reach every thing by foot and the appartement is easily accessible from the train station porta nueva. Very spacious even for 4 people and everything is new and clean. The hostess was very kind and replied quickly. There are fans in both rooms.

if a car drives by, which happens rarely it can be a bit noisy.
