"It served its purpose, good basic accommodation."

No hot water. Refrigerated lorry outside our window which, although it was off during the night, started up again early in the morning. Good breakfast. Good basic accommodation which served our purpose for one night.

No hot water in the sink, didn't try the bath/shower as we were only staying the one night.

Lovely breakfast served by friendly staff

If we were stopping longer there were no drawers to put clothes in. Not a main issue just a comment.

Everything, friendly staff, lovely room with plenty of space, the bathroom was modern and spotless and large. Dinner was plentiful and tasty. Breakfast was also tasty.
