breakfast was very Good as was the evening meal. Location was very good for me as visiting a business just 5 minutes away.

Breakfast could be served a little earlier. 7.30 can be too late for business travelers.

Fantastic hotel and great staff. My husband & son spent 2 nights at The Ruebens and were both delighted and impressed. From the comfy beds to the delicious meals the facilities were great. All the staff were helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Great value for money - would absolutely recommend. Thank you Ruebens for a lovely experience.

It's location was good.

The room we stayed in had no windows and was located beside the car park and entrance on the ground floor. There was no water in the room.

Bedroom was cold and the duvet was thin. Radiator wasn’t on and I was cold during the night, and when I woke up
