If you are driving in: They have space for parking 1 vehicle inside the premises. But given that they have 3 rooms (if not more), may be they could identify more proper parking places. To be fair, they gave me a parking spot just in the front - but it was at the mercy of the flow of traffic (incl heavy vehicles due to some construction close by), humanity and animals.

I would highly recommend this place for a comfortable and homely stay. The entire family, including their dog Noddy, is a warm host. They are actively involved in making their guests feel comfortable and at home. The food is delicious. Aunty and uncle treat you as family, and Radhika and Mohiraj are always around to help with things. The property is at a calm and serene place, and is centrally located. If following Google maps and driving on your own, make sure you call them up to get the location because maps show really small internal roads. There is a railway station close by so sometimes you hear the trains. But nothing too disturbing. Must visit.

We were looking for a homestay and were very happy to find Magan Niwas, which lived up to our expectations. As we had driven down from Noida, we needed parking for our car and were happy that we got it on the premises. We stayed in Suite room and found it neat,very clean and comfortable. There was a small garden sit out where we had our breakfast and evening tea.As we were in Jodhpur to attend official functions, we didn't have any meals, however , I am sure it is our loss. The host, Mr Vikram Rathore, and his daughter Radhika looked after us extremely well and treated us like family members. I will certainly recommend this homestay which is maintained very well, kept spotlessly clean and is conveniently located near the market and places of interest. All was as per our expectations!

Magan Niwas is an excellent property with courteous hosts, guaranteeing a comfortable and memorable stay. The location is close to Rai Ka Baag railway station and is not too far from major locations. The guest house is run on the ground floor of a beautiful house. The rooms are clean and well equipped. The hosts are warm and extremely helpful. The food served at the property is homely, tasty and affordable. This is a perfect accommodation for families or couples visiting Jodhpur.

Room had high ceiling and equipped with adequate air conditioning. Bed was comfortable. Lighting in the room was also conducive, no white light/ blue rays.

Cleanliness of the attached bathroom was a below average. The property management told us it was due to the short turn around time between the previous occupant and us. I do not accept that as we were the only occupants during our stay so they need not have given an unclean room. Also my impression at the time of booking was that it was a suite for 3 persons but it was a single room. I need to verify that.

We really liked how host treated us in the room and plus point was Noddy ❤️. Facilities were also good at the prices they were offering and it's also in the centre of all the places in jodhpur we wanted to see. So it's a good deal 😄
