"Great cottage however owner needs to be more hospitable and organised"

Close to nature, tucked away up in the apple orchards away from everything

Owner didn't expect us and almost turned us away with the cottage not being made up. The fault was blamed on Booking.com however I had a confirmation and had paid in full. Owner was not welcoming or that helpful even though they did eventually make a plan and let us stay as planned.
