Outlook and view was nice. Price was not too bad. It has good potential.

The place needed a good clean. Shower was covered in soap scum that came off when ran finger over it, so it wasn't baked on, just not cleaned properly. Table was dirty, had to clean it before using it. Had to put bedside lamps on the floor as they were covered in years worth of dust and in hay fever season dust is an irritant for me. The place just needed a good spring clean! No teatowel left, when I asked for one. The text back was quick and they probably put it outside the room quickly but I did mention we were going out be out all day and the weather was raining and windy so when we got back found the teatowel on the ground outside the door, so by then it was wet and dirty and we couldn't use it - we were going the next morning so didn't bother asking again. Would I stay again? Probably if it had had a good clean.

Loved the location & how cute and tidy it was

I loved the amazing 180-degree view across to Mauao and beyond while sitting in bed having breakfast. This was defs the highlight of my stay.
