Nice little modern and clean self catering homestay close to the sea in Connemara. The instructions and contact information from the hosts was perfect. The bed and sofa bed a very comfortable. The kitchen is well set with everything we needed and the bathroom was spot on. There are shops and services nearby too and bus is accessible a short walk away if you're not driving.

There is nothing negative notable about this place. The overall development is still a work in progress but no work was going on so we weren't disturbed by this. It will be a compact development once its done but it is well appointed for a holiday let.

We were confirmed for accommodation, with less than 24 hours notice they informed us they were double booked. They then started bookings will cancel the accommodation When I contacted bookings they informed us that the property gave us alternative property that we accepted. This was not true We ended up finding our own alternative accommodation. We were left out of pocket significantly higher than what we budgeted for as we chose accommodation with a kitchen. Due to the late notice of cancellation we could not find anything with equal price or facilitates which met that we had to get dinner and breakfast out as opposed to cooking ourselves. We also had to find a laundry mat as a result We were also told that bookings would contact us and discuss the situation. We have not been refunded for the cancellation and the place that we did not stay.

The location was ok albeit feeling like a construction site. Very close to the sea (walk of 5-10 minutes) and really easy to find with the code. We enjoyed the calm and the neighbors (cows and sheep). The kitchen and bathroom were perfectly fine.

It felt like a construction site, the beds were not very comfortable. Maybe a bit of nature/garden would make it way more comfortable.

Near enough to Spiddal. Was clean.

It was one step up from a hostel. Heating didn't work and completely overpriced for what it was.
