Отличное соотношение цена - качество. Хорошая локация: до набережной было рукой подать, до центральной улицы 5-10 минут ходьбы, до многих экскурсий можно было тоже дойти пешком. На пляж надо ездить, но это для всех, кто не берёт машину на прокат. Хозяин - гостеприимный, любезный и всегда на связи. В квартире были все удобства, как написано на сайте. Двор очень такой итальянский )) с мини площадкой и классными соседями-бабушками ))

The accommodation looked exactly like the photos. Great location. Helpful host. Equipment of the apartment. Stable WiFi connection. Parking on the street next to the apartment.

Sometimes noise from the street, but nothing terrible.

What I like about the apartment is that it is close to the center of Catania so you can easily walk without using the car. I think the apartment is located in the poor area of Catania, but we didn't have any issues or feel insecure walking home at night. It has two floors: on the base floor it has the kitchen & living room in one room, and then the bathroom with the laundry room inside. On the top floor, there is a double bed and closet. It has air conditioning.

The only thing we didn't like was that there were ants in the bathroom and living room. It was noticeable that the landlord had used an anti-ants product, and every day a few dead ones appeared. Nothing to worry about, just sweep the floor and that's it.

Neighbourhood did not feel very safe The accommodation did not have ANY window at all leaving it smelly with mould etc as soon as you walk in. The door has a section you can open as a window but if you do you’re exposed to the outside. There were ants everywhere and no amount of spray could get rid of them. We had to throw our food out on the first day due to this. Even the bath towels has ants all over them! In the bathroom the flush button was broken and didnt always work, the shower head can only go one way and there is no place to hang ANYTHING! Not even your bath towels. The laundry was full of old bed linen needing to be washed and when we opened the washing machine up to use It stunk!! We did not want to put our clothes in that. The neighbourhood is so noisy it’s like the people are in your living space. The loft area where the bed is has a very low ceiling that my partner has to duck when he was up there do it’s very uncomfortable. The bed was uncomfortable and dipped in the middle. The aircon did not work and because there are no windows it was always hot and muggy inside The stairway is wobbly and not safe to take luggage up to bed area so we left our stuff on dinning table. Very uncomfortable and impractical. Would not recommend.

Perfect location, very responsive and kind host.

The humidity in the apartment was really high, it caused a bit unpleasant smell. The neighbours were pretty loud, and the upper floor was lower than we expected, it should be mentioned in the description. We had a problem with ants during last days of our stay. The sofa from the pictures wasn't there.

All were perfect. We will visit again . The owner was very kind and very helpful. The house was very design and very comfortable. I recommend it. Thank you for everything
